Promo Master (promomaster.ai) is operated by Joshua Griffith. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the website, the free business audit, your account and our hiring forms.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address and sign-in information.
• Business details you enter: website address, business brief, services, budgets and marketing preferences.
• Lead and contact details submitted through audit, demo and contact forms.
• Billing records handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Basic usage information such as pages visited and form steps completed.

How we use it

• To run your workspace, generate website and social drafts, and deliver audit results you request.
• To send account, billing and notification emails, which you can manage on the email settings page.
• To improve the service and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, AI text and image generation, and payments. They process data only to provide those services. Social accounts you connect (such as Facebook or Instagram) are used only to publish content you approve.

Your choices

You can update your account details, change email preferences, disconnect social accounts, or ask us to delete your data by contacting us.
