Using Promo Master

By creating an account or using promomaster.ai you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information and only submit content you have the right to use.

Plans and billing

• Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Prices are shown on the pricing page before checkout.
• Usage (such as extra leads, call minutes or bookings) is billed on top of your plan at the listed rates. Ad spend and taxes are separate.
• You can cancel at any time from billing. Access to paid features ends when you cancel. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated.
• The FOUNDING20 code applies only to the first month of an eligible monthly plan for new customers.

AI-generated content

Website copy, social posts and other drafts are generated by AI. Review them before publishing. You are responsible for content you publish and for following the rules of the platforms you post to.

Calls and messages

If you use AI calling or messaging robots, you are responsible for having the consent required by law (for example, the TCPA in the United States) before contacting anyone.

No guaranteed results

We work to help your business get found and generate leads, but we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or sales. Services marked as pending or inactive are not yet available.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.
